Three clicks is all it takes! After the patient reaches the report page, our job is to make the recommendation and enrollment process as quick as possible.
Step 1 – A custom, educational report page and a call-to-action button is displayed for the patient. The patient clicks on the button.
Step 2 – If applicable, the patient chooses their treatment preference (i.e. virtual, in-person, on-demand care, etc.).
Step 3 – Based on this information, the best care programs populate with enrollment and sign up instructions.
