Fruit that Pairs Well with Nut Butters

Apple

Feel free to consume any apple you prefer, as they are all nutritious. It is worth noting that different apples offer slightly different nutrients, so it wouldn’t hurt to switch it up!

Banana

Bananas are fantastic for digestion and as a snack as they are very filling. Try to avoid having too many in a day, as bananas are high in sugar and can add up after a couple in a day!
