1 slice of whole grain bread (pumpernickel, sourdough, sprouted, etc.)

1 tablespoon of nut butter, ideally natural

1/2 banana, sliced

Other Ingredients

  • Optional- honey lightly drizzled (if you need more sweetness), but careful of extra sugar.


Step 1

Toast your bread to your desired amount.

Step 2

Spread on your nut butter of choice.

Step 2

Top with your sliced banana. Lightly drizzle honey if you need more sweetness.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Ground cinnamon goes great with this combo.
