Spiced, Hard-Boiled Egg

Hard-boiled eggs are loaded in protein and healthy fat to efficiently fill you up and keep your powering through your day!

Food Group Servings
As many eggs as you want hard boiled
Enough water to keep the eggs submerged.
Paprika, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
- 1 dash of salt
- Black pepper- to taste
- A teaspoon of vinegar with the water (it makes it easier to peel the egg)
Place your eggs in the saucepan. Pour in enough water to cover all of the eggs. Bring the water to a boil
Once your water its really boiling, bring the temperature to a simmer. Let it sit like this for 10-12 minutes. If you are cooking multiple, it might be best to check one at 10 if you do not know how long it takes on your stovetop.
Strain out the water and place the eggs in an ice and water bath to cool down.
Peel the egg and either add the spices tho the whole egg, or cut the egg however you please!
Tips & Tricks:
- Feel free to add cayenne, sesame, onion powder, or any other herb or spice you may like!
