Read Before Making a Nice Cream

  • Fruits offer plenty of sugar to sweeten your dish, so try to limit/avoid adding more.
    • That extra sugar can be a problem if you add too much fruit to the dish. Do not exceed 2 servings of fruit per serving!
  • There is no perfect amount of each ingredient to put in, and nice creams typically are super healthy, so add amounts you want to a taste you enjoy and be proud of yourself for making a great choice!

Selecting Your Ingredients

Ingredients are broken down into two categories: Bases and Add-ins. You will need the bases to make a nice cream. The rest is added for additional flavor and nutritional benefit.

1. Bases (Pick At Least 1)

Nice cream’s base comprises of 1 frozen banana (cut into small pieces) and 1/4 cup of milk/milk alternative. The best time to freeze the bananas is when they are turning brown, as they are sweeter at that point.
