1/2 medium tomato, diced

1/4 onion, diced

1/4 jalapeño, finely diced

1 tablespoon cilantro

Other Ingredients

  • 2 dashes salt

Instructions

1st Mix

Add your cilantro, avocado, and 1 dash of salt to a bowl and mix the ingredients to a your desired consistency for the guacamole.

Note: Mix longer and vigorously for creamy texture and lighter and less for chunky.

2nd Mix

Once done, top with the onion, tomato, jalapeño, 2nd dash of salt. Mix the ingredients around a second time to spread the flavor.

Optional: You can leave the toppings added in this step on top of the guac for a different look and experience.

Tips & Tricks:

  • It is important to try to cut the jalapeño very small so it spreads evenly around. Big chunks will lead to some really spicy bits and other ones that are bland.
  • Looking for more heat? add cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes
  • Guacamole is great with tortilla chips. We recommend corn tortilla chips. Try our recipe here!
