Ingredients

  • 12 six inch tortillas
  • 3 dashes of salt
  • Lime (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:

Try to dry out your tortillas by leaving them out for a few hours prior to making them.

Step 2:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Cut the tortillas into six wedges (like a pizza).

Step 3:

Put the pieces in a bowl and drizzle on 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle on 3 dashes of salt. Mix the contents to spread the oil and salt.

Step 4:

Spread out the chips on a cooking tray and place in the oven. Cook on this side for 7 minutes. Then, flip the chips and place back in the oven for another 7 minutes, or to your desired crispness.

If you want to add lime juice, your can squeeze it on when you flip the chips. Just flip them and add on top for the second portion of cooking.
