Recipe makes 1 servings. 


1/2 Lemon, or lemon juice

1 black tea bag

8 ounces of water

Other Ingredients

  • Honey- try not to exceed 1 teaspoon


Step 1:

Bring water to a boil and add the tea bag and honey. Bring to a simmer. Then, stir so that the honey can be dissolved. 

Step 2:

Once thoroughly mixed, squeeze in half a lemon or equivalent lemon juice (about 1 tablespoon), or to a taste you desire.

Step 3:

Pour into a cup of ice and enjoy!
