1/2 lemon per serving per serving made
1 tea bag per serving made (type of tea is up to you!)
8 ounces water per serving made
Optional
Sweetener- Honey or maple syrup, no more than one teaspoon per serving
Instructions
Step 1
Pour your desired servings of water into a container. Add in the required tea bags. Then, squeeze or pour in the equivalent lemon juice.
Step 2
Cover and let sit in your fridge for at least 6 hours.
Tips & Tricks:
Herbs and spices can be added for extra flavor. Consider thyme, rosemary, or ginger.
Add berries or other fruit to let those flavors also mix. Frozen fruit will help more flavor blend into the tea!
