Frozen Berry Tea
Saucepan, Cutting Knife (optional)
Great for digestion and immune health. Looking for a caffeine boost? Boil with a tea bag of your choosing. (we recommend green!)
Recipe makes 1 servings.
Your choice of berries, frozen
Your choice of tea (i.e. green black, herbal)
8 ounces of water
- Honey or another sweetener- no more than a teaspoon
- Lemon or lemon juice
Bring your water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat source and add your tea, honey, and lemon to a mug. Let sit for 5 minutes
While the tea is steeping, fill a glass with 1-2 handfuls of berries.
After the tea is done, mix the contents to spread flavor. Then pour over the glass of frozen berries. You can choose to mix it again here or enjoy as is!
Tips & Tricks:
- This can be done with any frozen fruit for a desired flavor.
- Eat the fruit after!
