1 chamomile tea bag

8 ounces of water


Step 1:

Boil water. Once boiling, add in your tea bag and turn off the heat. Let the tea sit and steep for 4-5 minutes

Tips & Tricks:

  • Lemon is a nice compliment to chamomile.
  • If you want a sweetener, we recommend honey. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon if possible.
