Stressing out looking to wind down at the end of the night? Chamomile tea is a great option, as it has sedative and anti-anxiety effects.
Not a significant source of major nutrients.
1 chamomile tea bag
8 ounces of water
Boil water. Once boiling, add in your tea bag and turn off the heat. Let the tea sit and steep for 4-5 minutes
Tips & Tricks:
- Lemon is a nice compliment to chamomile.
- If you want a sweetener, we recommend honey. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon if possible.
