Add a sweeter flavor to your green tea by making it with berries.

1 green tea bag

5-10 berries of your choosing, ideally frozen

8 ounces of water


Step 1:

Bring water to a boil and add the tea bag and berries to the saucepan.

Step 2:

Bring to a low temperature, cover, and let sit for at least 5 minutes. (the longer is sits the stronger the berry flavor).

Step 3:

Pour contents into a mug. You can remove the berries if you prefer to do so.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Adding lemon is also great for flavor and a vitamin C boost.
  • Rosemary and Thyme can also be added for a flavor twist and some calming properties
  • If you want to add sweetener, we recommend no more than 1 teaspoon of honey.
