Recipe makes 1 servings.
Ingredients
2 espresso shots or 4-6 ounces of coffee
4 ounces low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Optional
Sweetener- honey or maple syrup are good options. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon!
Instructions
Step 1:
Make your coffee or espresso.
Step 2:
Once complete, if you are adding sweetener, add it to you coffee and mix it so it dissolves in for flavor.
Step 3:
Add your milk to a cup of ice and pour in your coffee. Top with the cinnamon and mix all the ingredients together.
Tips & Tricks:
This works as a warm beverage as well. Just add all contents to a mug.
Ground turmeric and ginger can also be added for extra benefits!
