Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)

1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup strawberries

Other Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder *

Instructions

Step 1:

Add rolled oats, vanilla almond milk, greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.  Stir or shake well to combine.

Step 2:

Seal container and place in fridge overnight.

Step 3:

In the morning, remove bowl or jar from the fridge and stir/shake the mixture. If the oats appear a little dry, you may want to add a little more milk at this time.

Step 4:

Top oats with strawberry halves for serving. Mix together if you prefer.

Tips & Tricks:

  • You can keep overnight oats in fridge for up to 5 days. You will probably need to add more milk as oats will soak it up.
  • * Protein powder can be a great addition. Depending on the brand, you can add 20-30 grams of protein. If using, add in step 1 and make sure it has all dissolved during the mixing process. Feel free to try a vanilla or strawberry flavored protein.
