The Chicken

Step 1:

Season your chicken. Feel free to add other herbs and spices for flavor. See some of our favorites here.

Step 2:

Add your olive oil to the frying pan and bring to a medium heat. Once heated, add in the chicken. Cook on this side for 7 minutes before flipping for another 7 minutes on the other side or until cooked through.

Step 3:

Lower heat to medium-low and add your cheese on top of the chicken and cover for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

The Bread

Using a Toaster

Just toast it when the cheese is melting on the chicken to your preferred darkness.

Using an Oven

Set the oven to broil on high. Add your bread to the top rack and let the bread cook to your preferred temperature. Keep a close eye on it, as it only takes a couple minutes and can burn easily!
