How We Collect and Use Your Information

RiskAverse may collect a variety of information about you during the use of the Site. We collect this information to improve your experience on the Site through relevant content tailored to you. This information may be used to recommend care, to remember your user preferences, for marketing purposes or for other uses detailed below.

Personal Information

When you sign up to use the engaging platform on the RiskAverse Site, we may ask you for Personal Information. “Personal Information” may include but is not limited to information that we can use to identify or contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address, and provide more personalized messages. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information you enter later to provide a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information. We may also contact you regarding updates about our service, including relevant changes to this policy. We will also use this information in an aggregated, anonymized format to analyze user behavior and activity on the RiskAverse Site and to improve the RiskAverse Site (e.g. refining our diagnostic match algorithms). Non-Personal Information

In order to improve the usefulness of the RiskAverse Site, our servers automatically collect information about your interactions on the Site, including, without limitation, search terms, internet protocol address, browser type, zip code, and the date and time of your request. We may use such information to better understand how Users use our services, to analyze trends, prevent fraud, and gather broad demographic information.

User Communication

When you send email or other communications to RiskAverse, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.


How We Handle Privacy and Security Internally

RiskAverse seeks to use reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information and health information under our control. We do not offer the RiskAverse Site to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
