A delicious smoothie to help you reach your fruit for the day! Good idea for a snack or dessert.

6 strawberries

1 medium banana

1 cup pineapples, crushed , or canned in juice

1 cup non-fat, plain yogurt


  • 4 ice cubes
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Step 1:

Put yogurt, ice cubes and banana in blender. Blend until smooth. 

Step 2:

Add in remaining ingredients (strawberries, pineapple, vanilla extract). Blend until smooth. 

Step 3:

Serve in glass and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks:

  • Add in a little milk of choice to thin out smoothie to your liking. 
  • Try adding in baby spinach to sneak in some veggies. Add this in Step 1, with yogurt and ice cubes, before adding banana, to ensure spinach blends in well. Note, final product will NOT be a pretty color but will still taste good!
  • Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein to help increase your protein intake for the day.
