Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)

1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (at least 72% cacao ideally)

Cinnamon (to taste)

Other Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Optional: 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder *

Instructions

Step 1:

Add rolled oats, vanilla almond milk, honey, and ½ tablespoon of peanut butter to a bowl or jar. Stir or shake well to combine, until all the peanut butter has dispersed.

Step 2:

Seal container and place in fridge overnight.

Step 3:

In the morning, remove bowl or jar from the fridge and stir/shake the mixture. If the oats appear a little dry, you may want to add a little more milk at this time.

Step 4:

Top oats with chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon peanut butter for serving.  Admire your creation, take a picture and then mix together.

Tips & Tricks:

  • You can keep overnight oats in fridge for up to 5 days. You will probably need to add more milk as oats will soak it up.
  • * Protein powder can be a great addition. Depending on the brand, you can add 20-30 grams of protein. If using, add in step 1 and make sure it has all dissolved during the mixing process. Feel free to try chocolate or a peanut butter flavored protein.
