At this point, you are ready to flip the frittata in the pan. Take a plate and place it over the top of the pan. Applying light pressure to the middle of your plate, quickly flip it so the uncooked side is down on the plate. Now that it is on the plate, place it over the pan again and using your spatula, slide it back into the pan so the uncooked part can finish. - Alternatively, if you have cast iron skillet, pre-heat your oven to 375 Fahrenheit, before cooking and when the eggs are solid on the bottom, top with the cheese the same way and place in the oven
