Ingredients

1/4 cup cherries, frozen

1/4 cup blueberries, frozen

1/4 cup blackberries, frozen

1/4 cup raspberries, frozen

1/4 cup lowfat, vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup lowfat/nonfat milk

Instructions

Step 1:

Add all your ingredients into the blender, with milk being your last ingredient added.

Step 2:

Whirl in the blender for about 30 seconds, or until mixture is smooth.

Note: If the smoothie is too thick, add milk or water to desired consistency.  

Step 3:

Pour in a glass and Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks:

  • Greek yogurt is a great option if you want something with a little more protein and fiber. Just make sure to add a little more milk or water. 
  • Consider adding a banana for a little sweetness.
  • To really ramp up the fiber, add in seeds like flax or chia. This will change the listed nutrition information.
